Head of Unemployment Insurance Fund 80–100%
Your responsibilities
You will lead our teams in Quality, Project, and Process Management (QPPM), Marketing and Communication, Specialist Applications, and Legal Services. With your expertise, you will co-initiate, lead, and work on overarching projects. You will develop decision-making bases and provide professional advice. Preparing, executing, and controlling standards and norms are also part of your tasks. Furthermore, you will coordinate and maintain the current information and knowledge about the activities within our unemployment fund as well as the Unia union.
Your qualifications
- Completed education at tertiary level (University of Applied Sciences, University)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of unemployment insurance
- Resilient personality with high social competence and assertiveness
- Confident demeanor and very good communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Fluent in German, very good knowledge of a second national language
