About the job

• Accompanying and supporting our patients during the night while considering their individual needs, including resource-oriented treatment and counseling, for example with sleep-promoting measures.
• Successfully mastering complex situations in a two-person team, remaining calm and professional.
• Carrying out patient admissions at night together with the medical specialist and precisely documenting all relevant events and activities.
• Responsibility for the maintenance of the ward during the night and ensuring a smooth process.
• Support during the day shift, if required.

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist FH/HF (for foreign degrees, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• Professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in the care of elderly people, or interest in deepening knowledge in this field.
• Enjoy working in a two-person team and night shifts, keeping an overview even in complex situations.
• Resilience, independence, sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
• Good IT skills and very good German language skills (at least C1) for administrative tasks.
