Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Deputy Warehouse Manager 100% for our location in Niederhasli.

Job Description

• Daily planning of warehouse movements
• Deployment planning and leadership of the warehouse team
• Incoming and outgoing goods inspection
• Participation in the areas of incoming and outgoing goods
• Classification of products into corresponding quality categories
• Independent handling of order picking
• Maintaining order in the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift
• Organization and support in warehouse management and inventory
• Representation in dispatching
• Carrying out quality control

Qualifications

• Training as a logistician and several years of professional experience in logistics/warehouse
• Ideally complemented by appropriate further training in logistics (e.g., logistics specialist with federal certificate or equivalent)
• Knowledge and experience in a construction-related industry are advantageous
• Several years of leadership experience with high intercultural and social competence
• Very good process understanding
• Resilience, assertiveness, and a pronounced hands-on mentality, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset
• Independent, self-reliant, and goal-oriented working style
• Openness to new ideas and change processes
• Temporal and local flexibility
• Very good PC user skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
