Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Deputy Warehouse Manager 100% for our location in Niederhasli.
Job Description
- Daily planning of warehouse movements
- Deployment planning and leadership of the warehouse team
- Incoming and outgoing goods inspection
- Participation in the areas of incoming and outgoing goods
- Classification of products into corresponding quality categories
- Independent handling of order picking
- Maintaining order in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift
- Organization and support in warehouse management and inventory
- Representation in dispatching
- Carrying out quality control
Qualifications
- Training as a logistician and several years of professional experience in logistics/warehouse
- Ideally complemented by appropriate further training in logistics (e.g., logistics specialist with federal certificate or equivalent)
- Knowledge and experience in a construction-related industry are advantageous
- Several years of leadership experience with high intercultural and social competence
- Very good process understanding
- Resilience, assertiveness, and a pronounced hands-on mentality, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent, self-reliant, and goal-oriented working style
- Openness to new ideas and change processes
- Temporal and local flexibility
- Very good PC user skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
