As a Datacenter Technician - Network and Power Supply, you are part of a dedicated and versatile team and are responsible for the technical implementation of customer orders in the datacenter environment. Depending on the project, you work independently or in close collaboration with our electrician team. You ensure complete and precise documentation of all work, thereby ensuring smooth information flow within the team as well as towards our customers. As a member of our Datacenter Customer Service Management team, you are a central link between our customers and the internal specialist departments. With your professional, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working, you ensure customer satisfaction – from technical planning to the successful implementation of their projects.

Your area of responsibility
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of network and power connections as well as various Smart-Remote-Hands services for our customers
- Technical planning and management of customer projects in the field of datacenter services (power and data cabling, racks, enclosures, etc.)
- Support, accompaniment, and consulting of our customers in the operation and expansion of their datacenter infrastructure
- Planning and supervision of maintenance and expansion work on the customer side
- Execution of remote and smart-hands assignments
- Creation and seamless documentation of all installations, cross-connects, and cabling
- Support with technical customer concerns and close cooperation with internal teams
Your skills
- Completed training as an electrician, telematics technician, IT specialist, or similar
- Project experience in customer projects in the electrical or ICT environment is a great advantage (further training desired but not mandatory)
- Experience in datacenter infrastructure (DCIM) and solid knowledge in the technical environment (telecom, power, racks, infrastructure) are helpful
- High interest in technical innovations
- Strong service orientation and social skills
- Systematic, precise, and methodical working technique as well as process-oriented thinking and working style
- Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extract)
- Very good German skills and good English skills
