To strengthen our ERP team, we are looking for you as a committed and experienced personality in the field of Supply Chain Management, who enjoys designing complex processes and successfully implementing modern ERP solutions.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You take professional responsibility for the implementation of the SCM areas Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics in our ERP projects and work closely with the adjacent departments
- You conduct customer workshops in the SCM environment, analyze business processes and requirements, and advise our customers on the optimal use of Dynamics 365 FO – always based on best practices and your project experience
- You document, configure, and test the SCM solutions in close coordination with other departments and ensure seamless end-to-end processes
- You support our customers during the test phases (UAT), conduct user training, and thus contribute to a sustainable and successful introduction of the solution
- You assist end users during go-live, in the hypercare phase, and in ongoing operations, providing targeted advice to ensure stable and efficient use of the solution
- You advise our development team on professional questions in the SCM area
- You work closely with project management, support the control of your work packages or your stream, and actively participate in pre-sales activities

Your profile
- You have a solid professional background in Supply Chain Management, ideally with a degree (FH/University) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable education
- You bring more than five years of experience in the implementation and customization of Supply Chain Management solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as an SCM consultant in an IT service or consulting environment
- You have deep knowledge in the areas of Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics and are able to comprehensively capture, analyze, and sustainably optimize complex business processes
- You present yourself confidently and professionally, communicate convincingly, and have strong presentation and moderation skills, especially in customer workshops
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
