Telephone switchboard & administrative tasks

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
• Responding to inquiries by phone and email
• Organizing appointments and managing documents
• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Supporting the team in daily practice and business operations

We expect:

• Enrolled student at a university; a background in health sciences is an advantage
• Friendly and confident telephone manner
• Good communication skills and a structured way of working
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English and French skills are an advantage
• Team spirit, reliability, and discretion
