This is where you get involved
- Managing Staff Houses 4 and 11 with around 100 rooms and 12 studios
- Responsible for the care of tenants and short-term guests from the first contact through entry to departure
- Professional interface management with various internal departments
- Responsible for enforcing house rules and operational guidelines
- Maintaining the properties by performing simple craft and cleaning tasks as well as issuing orders to third parties
- Working hours are distributed over five days from Monday to Friday
You
- have completed training in the health, hospitality, or retail sector combined with proof of administration (e.g., commercial diploma, vocational baccalaureate, etc.)
- are a winning, empathetic, and strong communicator
- think and act entrepreneurially and enjoy taking on responsibility
- act professionally and solution-oriented even in demanding situations and are used to setting meaningful priorities on hectic days
- bring manual skills and enjoy household tasks
- have an advantage if you have experience in a similar area and a short commute
