Here is what you will do
- Management and execution of wood construction projects: You are responsible for organizing and supervising the work on the construction site
- General carpentry work: This includes activities in new construction, remodeling, and renovations
- Leading and motivating employees: As a foreman, you lead and motivate your team to achieve work goals
- Quality assurance: You ensure that the work meets the established quality standards and safety requirements
- Work preparation (AVOR): You take on smaller tasks in planning and preparing the work
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ, as well as corresponding further training or relevant experience
- Enjoyment in leading and supporting employees
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and motivation
- Good rapport with customers
