Your Contribution
- You are responsible for analyzing and designing technical as well as professional processes, coordinating system integration with the involved subsystems, and defining the required interfaces
- You develop the "What" by analyzing and specifying our business requirements (functional and non-functional) for our software solutions
- You perform system and context boundaries to execute and approve the "What" of the requirements as accurately as possible
- In doing so, you divide the requirements into smaller segments to work out the "How" in close collaboration with our software engineers
- You ensure the quality of this implementation through reviews and test executions (including test concept and definition of acceptance criteria)
- You create clear and precise specifications (including necessary elements such as UML, BPMN diagrams) – your documentation is the guide for the entire development phase
- You also support the operational part and take over support when users report problems

Your Skills and Talents
- Experience in requirements engineering – you know the methods and tools and how to use them. Education or training in computer science is an advantage
- Passion for documentation and problem-solving – you love turning complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions and documenting them
- A sense of structure – you work systematically and can create clear processes as well as suitable frameworks
- An affinity for technology – by being open and interested in technology, you have already acquired a basic technical understanding
- Strong communication skills and team spirit – you enjoy working with others to find solutions
- An analytical mindset and an eye for detail – nothing escapes you!
- Language skills – you speak German and English or are willing to further develop your skills accordingly
