As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, the Office for Youth and Career Counseling is responsible for the services in the field of child and youth welfare as well as career counseling. Children, adolescents, and families are at the center of our work. We dedicate ourselves to them daily with great passion and commitment.
For the Child and Youth Welfare Center (kjz) Dietikon, we are looking for an employee for the administration team starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
As the first point of contact of the kjz, you will be in telephone and personal contact with those seeking advice. General secretarial work as well as case processing in the areas of social work, educational counseling, and mother/father counseling are part of your varied range of tasks. In addition, you will edit reports and applications, submit requests to foundations, and assist with case archiving. You support IT and specialist application questions and ensure support between users and the service desk.
You have completed a qualified commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written. You are characterized by a very high willingness to provide service, good PC user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), a reliable, independent, and proactive way of working, as well as polished manners. Language skills are an advantage. Are you also discreet, resilient, and sensitive in dealing with people in difficult situations? Then we look forward to your application.
