To strengthen our P&C Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Liability & Property Claims Inspector at 80-100%, mainly for the Riviera/Chablais region.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Carry out the assignments entrusted to you in your assigned geographical area, mainly interviews with the parties involved (clients, insured, injured parties, authorities, etc.), as well as clarifications and on-site investigations
- Manage insurance files for property and liability claims entirely, in accordance with directives and instructions within your competencies
- Negotiate settlements and amicable solutions with lawyers, insured parties, injured parties, other insurers, etc.
- Organize technical expert assessments and collaborate with other inspectors and experts (internal or external)
- Provide technical support and participate in the ongoing training of internal service staff as well as agency employees
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies operating in your geographical area of competence
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent, additional training and/or insurance specialist certificate (an important asset)
- Ideally previous experience as a claims inspector, alternatively proven professional experience in managing complex liability/property claims
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
- Perfect command of spoken and written French
