Senior Specialist - Sustainability Strategy

As Sustainability Strategy Senior Specialist, you will support the Sustainability Strategic Portfolio Lead in shaping and managing a complex portfolio of programs and initiatives that move the company toward its committed targets. You will help bridge high-level ambition with operational reality, ensuring that sustainability priorities translate into measurable outcomes.You will act as a strategic thought partner to the Global Sustainability team and the broader Oniverse, tackling complex, unstructured challenges and turning them into structured, impact-driven action.

• Shape strategic direction by partnering with the Global Sustainability team and senior stakeholders to translate ambition into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Structure high-impact challenges, breaking down complexity into structured, executable and measurable projects.
• Quantify value and impact through rigorous financial and sustainability modeling, enabling data-driven trade-offs and optimal resource allocation.
• Craft compelling, executive-level narratives to communicate strategy, secure buy-in, and report on progress.
• Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure sustainability priorities are deeply embedded directly into the company’s Long Range Plan.

• You hold a degree in business, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field, with 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or sustainability.
• You bring advanced modeling capabilities and the analytical rigor to navigate complexity and identify optimal solutions balancing value creation and impact.
• You are pragmatic and execution-oriented, with a strong understanding of how to embed KPIs into business processes and annual planning cycles.
• You excel at distilling complex trade-offs into clear, executive-ready insights that enable confident decision-making.
