<p></p><ul><li>You are responsible for the operational and professional management of the cleaning team and lead a multicultural team of around 12 employees in a part-time capacity</li><li>You share responsibility for order and cleanliness/hygiene throughout the operation as well as for the implementation of our house rules, thus guaranteeing a high hygiene standard</li><li>You organize yourself during your shift in cooperation with your supervisor and take on direct assignments</li><li>You design innovative solutions to optimize processes and thereby increase the satisfaction of our guests</li></ul><p></p>
You bring with you
<p></p><ul><li>You are service-oriented, enjoy engaging with people, have high self-motivation and a keen eye for detail as well as a sure sense for hygienic requirements and the wishes of our guests </li><li>You have several years of experience in cleaning and ideally come from the housekeeping area of the hotel industry and/or facility management </li><li>Experience in professional cleaning of bathrooms, especially wet zones and wellness areas, is an advantage</li><li>You have high social competence, can deal well with people, and promote a positive team dynamic</li><li>You demonstrate your flexibility with your willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (max. 2 weekends per month)</li></ul><p></p>
