- Fluent in German; French or Italian is a plus.

Your tasks
- Contact person and internal coordination point in cooperation with external service providers and partners who manage our fleet of approx. 550 vehicles throughout the entire lifecycle
- Control and transfer of the monthly fleet invoices (administration, fuel, replacement car invoices) into the electronic Visum process
- Processing of traffic fines including booking of invoices
- Maintaining statistics on consumption etc. as well as master data management
- Support of the purchasing team in procurement issues and projects related to the vehicle fleet (sustainability, eMobility, telematics, process optimizations, etc.)
Your profile
- Commercial or technical basic training
- Good understanding of accounting contexts
- Experience in fleet or vehicle handling
- Customer- and service-oriented personality with an independent and efficient working style
- Very good PC skills (Excel) and Abacus experience advantageous
- Confident German in spoken and written form, French and/or Italian skills advantageous
- Driver's license category B
- Quick comprehension and reliable
- Assertiveness and flexible and resilient even in hectic moments
