- Responsible for leading the ARTEMIS project
- Representing RUAG towards Tactical Air Support and the US Navy
- Leading the project team and coordinating tasks
- Actively involving stakeholders in the lines, especially through project reviews and steering committees
- Ensuring delivery dates and financial targets
- Contact person for all project-relevant topics and tasks
- Compliance with internal and customer processes and execution regulations
This is what you bring
- Completed engineering degree HF/FH, business administration and/or further training in project management, ideally with certifications (e.g. HERMES Foundation, IPMA Level B or C)
- Several years of experience in managing complex assignments and/or projects in aviation
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in a military environment
- Solid knowledge in project management (methods, tools, standards) as well as in leading project teams
- Practical knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) as well as experience with Confluence and Jira
- Established personality with negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management
- High communication and consulting competence in dealing with customers and internal interfaces
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as decisiveness
- Strong skills in coordination, organization, and prioritization
- Good MS Office skills and good SAP knowledge, especially project mapping and controlling
- Very good German and English skills
