Who are we?

The Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training EHB is the Swiss center of expertise for vocational education and training. We train and further educate those responsible for vocational education, research vocational education, develop professions, and support international vocational education cooperation. Our locations are in Zollikofen near Bern (headquarters), Lausanne, and Lugano, with external locations in Olten and Zurich.

For the training division in Zollikofen, with work assignments in Zurich, Olten, and Zollikofen, we are looking for a

Lecturer I / Lecturers I - 30 %

for didactics / vocational field didactics and educational sciences in the diploma courses for prospective full-time vocational teachers (DBKU), vocational baccalaureate schools (DBM), as well as for prospective lecturers at higher technical colleges (DHF)

Your area of responsibility

• Teaching in various modules
• Supervising students at their teaching location (classroom visits, taking teaching qualifications)
• Accompanying student work
• Scientific collaboration

Your profile

• University degree or higher vocational education (ideally educational sciences)
• Teaching diploma (ideally at one of the target levels)
• Initial teaching experience
• Knowledge of the vocational education system
• We are looking for a personality with high team and conflict competence, pronounced openness to innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changes.
• Your top focus is on sustainable and personalized learning, which you understand as the central meaning and measure of your actions.
