Task
Lay the foundation for your professional career in risk management at KPMG and contribute to the stability of the Swiss financial services sector. You can expect a competent team of finance, risk management, and treasury specialists as well as exciting tasks in a dynamic and international environment.
How you advance KPMG
- Advise our clients in the areas of risk, capital, and liquidity management with a special focus on the development and validation of quantitative risk models
- Actively participate in internal and regulatory audits in close cooperation with our audit experts
- Assist in the preparation and execution of exciting client meetings
- Support market development activities for our risk and treasury consulting services
- Become familiar with internal bank processes, controls, and complex financial products
- Help develop tailored solution proposals for our clients
Why you are successful
- Master's degree or PhD (University, ETH or University of Applied Sciences) in Economics, Banking & Finance, Physics or Mathematics
- Interest in new, current financial market topics and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with them
- Analytical skills, willingness to perform and learn, team and service orientation, communication skills, independent working style
- Advanced programming skills (e.g. Python, R etc.) and broad experience in using and developing (agent-based) AI solutions
- Excellent German skills and very good English skills
- Initial professional experience in the financial services environment is an advantage
