HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead the Battery Maintenance Engineering team (disciplinary & technical leadership)
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all battery-related projects, including technical and commercial aspects
- Provide expert technical support on traction batteries to all Stadler Service locations and Sales
- Develop maintenance concepts, optimization strategies, and technical specifications for battery systems
- Manage battery monitoring activities and report on performance and condition of traction batteries
- Serve as Battery Passport Responsible and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support Category Management on technical battery topics
- Drive and support development projects in collaboration with internal departments (Engineering, Production, Data & Digital Services)
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Degree in electrical engineering or similar field
- Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or development in machinery, plant engineering, or rail vehicles - ideally with battery focus
- Leadership experience beneficial
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of RAMS/LCC desirable
- Strong solution-oriented and service-oriented approach
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge preferred
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
