The HPS Flawil is a day special school for children and adolescents with cognitive impairments, multiple disabilities, and from the autism spectrum. 157 students are taught in 21 classes. To support the kitchen team, we are looking for a

Cook EFZ

You can expect a varied and exciting field of work:

• Collaboration in the production kitchen (hot and cold kitchen) at the Uzwil location;
• Preparation of the meal service at the Flawil location (meals are delivered from Uzwil);
• Ensuring the food distribution (family table system);
• Contact person for concerns regarding catering at the Flawil location;
• Organization of kitchen processes at the Flawil location;
• Handling orders and administrative tasks in consultation with the head chef or school management.

• 5 weeks vacation / 8 weeks school-free time (no shifts);

You bring with you:

• Completed professional training as a cook EFZ;
• Professional experience in community catering is an advantage;
• Empathy and assertiveness, good manners;
• IT user skills (MS Office), very good German skills in spoken and written form;
• Driver's license for car category B/BE (mandatory);
• Willingness for occasional, irregular shifts.
