tilia offers people aged 18 and over who are dependent on care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

This is your area of activity as a student nursing professional HF! You control the entire care process and are the central point for the residents, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team. In addition, you care for, support, and accompany the residents in their daily lives. Dipl. Nursing Professional HF as a goal and the beginning of many possibilities!
- Recognized qualification at secondary level II (EFZ), completion of a diploma high school, vocational or gymnasium maturity
- High motivation as well as commitment and willingness to further develop your expertise
- Ability to learn in a self-organized manner
- Good empathy and high social competence in dealing with residents
- Physical and mental resilience
- Team ability and sense of responsibility - willingness for irregular working hours
