For our store in Zurich HB, we are looking for a Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager 80 - 100%.

Those who work with us not only love tea but also enjoy interacting with people and discovering new flavours. As a Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager, you are the face of our boutique and embody the values of Palais des Thés: passion, expertise, and hospitality.

Your tasks:

• You lead our team with enthusiasm and ensure an inspiring shopping experience, fully in line with our brand.
• You advise our customers competently and warmly, share your knowledge about our teas, and build long-term customer relationships.
• You design the sales area invitingly and present our products in a way that encourages discovery.
• You organise goods receipt, stock management, and ensure order and cleanliness in the boutique.
• You are responsible for the smooth running of all sales and cashier processes.
• You implement our brand philosophy in daily life and ensure that every customer feels comfortable with us.

What you bring:

• Joy in sales, consulting, and contact with people, as well as a strong sense of service quality.
• Enthusiasm for high-quality food and/or tea, ideally with initial experience in retail or hospitality.
• Leadership qualities (at least 1-2 years of experience as Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager), team spirit, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Organisational talent and an eye for detail to always present our boutique perfectly.
