Senior Client Manager Digital

Job Description

• Partner with Client Lead to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Collaborate across teams and the dentsu network to bring the best solutions to our clients.
• Lead digital campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Own the project management of digital communication plans—timelines, budgets, reporting, and everything in between.
• Be the trusted digital advisor for your clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Run client meetings with confidence, providing answers, insights, and fresh ideas.
• Ensure effective channel briefs and work closely with specialists to optimize digital media performance.
• Become responsible for the technical management of the operations team, you will work with the team to develop individual digital media plans to achieve the client's goals and to deliver best in class work.  
• Stay on top of digital trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Support financial processes like invoicing and forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive value for both clients and dentsu.
• Represent the agency in client meetings and pitches.

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in complex digital strategy and campaign management (agency or client side).
• Strong understanding of digital media, especially programmatic.
• A confident communicator with great presentation and client-facing skills.
• A trusted digital expert who can advise on media, strategy, planning, optimization, and innovation.
• Analytical and data-driven, with a love for insights and performance metrics.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Bonus: experience with tools like Google Analytics, Wizzad+, MediaTool.
