Megasol Energie AG develops and produces state-of-the-art solar technology „Made in Switzerland“. We are taking the automation of our production to the next level – with in-house developed production machines, smart control systems, and newly designed processes. For this, we are not looking for a classic project manager, but a person with technical depth, systems thinking, and implementation power – someone who lives automation and shapes the future.

Your mission
You develop, design, and realize state-of-the-art automation and digitalization solutions – from the idea to the productive machine. You combine mechanics, electronics, and software into efficient overall systems and ensure that innovation becomes reality.

What you achieve

• You shape the automation of our production facilities – technically, conceptually, and practically
• You develop control and management systems (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, Atvise) and accompany their commissioning
• You work closely with development, electronics, software, and production to create holistic systems
• You identify potentials for digitalization, machine vision, and smart factory – and implement them into functioning solutions
• You lead interdisciplinary teams professionally and coordinate their collaboration
• You drive technical excellence, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing forward

Your profile

• Education or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
• Experience in automation, system development, or machine control
• Solid knowledge in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, STEP7) and visualization systems
• Interest or experience in Python, machine vision, or data analysis is an advantage
• Ability to understand complex systems and simplify them elegantly
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work and technical leadership
• Good communication skills in German and English
