YOUR MISSION
- Independent handling of customer/project requests (by phone / in writing) as well as planning and conducting customer visits to achieve budget targets in the assigned region
- Technical creation and interpretation / calculation for offers (HELP + possibly additional documents) according to customer needs
- Responsibility for offers, customer orders, and order confirmations
- Systematic follow-up of offers and objects
- Lead generation and acquisition of new customers in the assigned region
- Flawless maintenance of the CRM sales tool and report generation
- Close collaboration with the internal sales department
- Close collaboration with after-sales service, especially for projects with installation / assembly
- Participation in training, meetings, trade fairs, and events
- Responsible for customer satisfaction (requests, wishes, quality issues)
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic technical training (in HVAC or electrical engineering fields)
- Several years of experience in an external sales service
- Strong motivation and high level of autonomy as well as good time management
- Above-average commitment combined with good presentation, advisory, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel daily (Mon-Fri) in the assigned region
- Experience with our IT tools SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an advantageNative French speaker, good knowledge of German
- Residence in French-speaking Switzerland
- You master MS Office as well as Internet applications
