• You strategically and operationally lead the Foundations Customer Services area, consisting of the Vested Benefits teams (vested benefits and 3a accounts) as well as the Contact Center for personal insurance (2nd and 3rd pillar)
• You lead an organization with 45 employees, develop talents, and strengthen a culture of collaboration
• You identify market opportunities, further develop the service offering and growth of Vested Benefits.
• You ensure that our services become faster, simpler, and even more customer-oriented – both through optimized processes and systems as well as through a customer-centric mindset and approach
• You organize the management of the Rendita foundations and ensure that the daily business of the foundations runs smoothly and efficiently
• You ensure quality assurance, keep an eye on KPIs and the budget, and guarantee that all requirements are met

• You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or a comparable education
• You bring solid knowledge in occupational pension schemes as well as at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in the area of Vested Benefits, Contact Center, or a similar service organization
• You have experience in market development, acquisition and support of cooperation partners, as well as in product and pricing design
• You are enthusiastic about change, team leadership, and modern working methods
• You bring pronounced strategic thinking, analytical flair, and a high customer orientation
• You are characterized by an open, assertive personality who enjoys stakeholder management
