As Go to Market Intern for Timberland, you will support the seasonal product journey from planning to retail execution, playing a key role in connecting our brand strategy to consumer-facing initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience across merchandising, marketing, planning and sales, contributing to the success of our go-to-market process in a dynamic and purpose-driven brand.
Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Go to Market Intern for Timberland:
- Support the seasonal Go to Market process by coordinating timelines, tools and cross-functional inputs to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Assist in creating projects presentations for new sales tools that translate brand strategies into compelling stories for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support data entry and set-up of sales tools, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of product and marketing information across platforms.
- Collaborate with Planning, Marketing and Sales teams supporting key activations, reports and internal communications.
- Monitor and consolidate feedback from GTM Milestones, Sales meetings and regional teams, helping improve future Go to Market cycles.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of key brand events, including the organization and support of the seasonal Timberland Brand Meeting.
- Support EMEA Path of Service Coordinator in managing Path of Service program in EMEA
- Manage internal communication to engage employees and external business partners in service activities (i.e. Path of service monthly newsletter, celebration of 40 hours club)
- Represent Timberland in internal events acting as a CSR and service champion
What you Bring
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple inputs and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- The capability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable summaries and presentations.
- An understanding of how planning, marketing, merchandising, and sales intersect within a consumer goods or fashion environment.
- An expertise in working with digital tools (e.g., Excel, Sap, MobiMedia) to support planning, data entry, and tool set-up.
- A keen interest in brand strategy and the commercial side of the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- A keen interest for Timberland Path of Service program and helping communities
