Your tasks
- You take over the professional and personnel management of the youth group Orion.
- You accompany and individually promote the young people.
- Additionally, you are responsible as area manager for the operational management of the residential area assigned to you and implement the strategic guidelines according to the mission statement.
- You accompany the admission procedures of the children and young people.
- Recruitment as well as budget planning are among your responsibilities.
Your skills
- You have a degree in social pedagogy or an equivalent education.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- You enjoy working in a motivated team.
- You act reflectively, responsibly and independently.
- Further training as a practical instructor is an advantage.
