Reference: CLS/RH/2025.678 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: 7am - 4pm on average / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop 'Riponne' or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop 'Beaulieu-Jomini')

We are looking for a professional to guide and support the operating room teams with expertise and kindness.
What will you be doing?
- Manage a multidisciplinary team while respecting the care design specific to the Institution
- Coordinate the activities of the relevant sector, manage budgets, and promote institutional interfaces
- Ensure the smooth running of daily programming
- Lead projects that allow the development of surgical activities and apply the Institution's strategy regarding cost control
Who will you work with?
The operating room brings together a multidisciplinary team of about 60 professionals (IDDO, IBODE, TSO, ATSSO, Room Assistants, Material Managers, House Employees). Together, we form a united and versatile group, committed to collaborating to provide safe care quality and a harmonious work environment.You will be in direct contact with Audrey Schumacher, Chief Nurse Coordinator of the operating room. With over 20 years of experience in the health field and more than 10 years in the operating room, she is available and contributes to the development and support of each member of her team. She ensures daily that the service and clinic objectives are met.The essentials:
- Hold a diploma as an operating room nurse or operating room technician complemented by a higher management/leadership training in nursing or equivalent training
- Have at least 5 years of specialized professional practice, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven ability to organize and plan
- Very good integration, teamwork, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong spirit of initiative and analysis
- Proficiency in using IT and management tools
