Tasks

Personal consultation, booking, and sale of flights with SWISS and Lufthansa Group at the counter, by phone, and email
Independent calculation, issuance, rebooking, and refund of flight tickets including Star Alliance products (Round the World Tickets)
Independent processing of customer orders including administrative tasks
Win, maintain, and further develop customer relationships through professional, service-oriented, and individual service
Own cash register responsibility and ticket accounting with cash, credit cards, and debit cards
Initial information about the Miles & More frequent flyer program and booking of award upgrades
Sale of SWISS brand souvenirs
Participation in SWISS internal projects

Requirements

Basic education / schools: high school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial, or business school
