Tasks
- Personal consultation, booking, and sale of flights with SWISS and Lufthansa Group at the counter, by phone, and email
- Independent calculation, issuance, rebooking, and refund of flight tickets including Star Alliance products (Round the World Tickets)
- Independent processing of customer orders including administrative tasks
- Win, maintain, and further develop customer relationships through professional, service-oriented, and individual service
- Own cash register responsibility and ticket accounting with cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Initial information about the Miles & More frequent flyer program and booking of award upgrades
- Sale of SWISS brand souvenirs
- Participation in SWISS internal projects

Requirements
- Basic education / schools: high school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial, or business school
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
