We operate throughout Switzerland and, in addition to our laboratory center at the headquarters in Allschwil, have various locations in all language regions of Switzerland.
For our Customer Service Center in Allschwil, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a service-oriented, friendly, and resilient person as an Employee Customer Service Center 80-100%.
- In this independent and demanding role, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
- You are responsible for optimal and solution-oriented support and handling of customer concerns.
- As the business card of our company, you are in daily contact with our customers and support them by phone and in writing in all matters.
- During your work, you provide excellent service to our customers in three national languages.
- You provide information about preanalytics, results, and assist with the electronic ordering of analyses and orders in the v-shop.
- You support our patients in using the My Viollier application.
- You coordinate sample collections.
- Training in the medical or commercial field
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in a call center is an advantage
- Very good German and French skills, Italian and English skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Active and committed participation in a dynamic team
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Openness to new methods and techniques
