Your profile:

You have successful experience in the construction of facades, roofing, or locksmithing;

You have validated and confirmed experience in project management (monitoring schedules, budgets, offers, team leadership);

You enjoy teamwork;

You have very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally AutoCAD;

You are capable of managing large-scale construction sites thanks to your reliability, autonomy, and organization.

Your mission:

You are responsible for managing large and important construction projects;

You carry out all technical and administrative procedures related to your various projects;

You develop construction details, manufacturing plans, and assembly plans;

You are responsible for the complete monitoring of projects up to assembly by the field teams;

You carry out site handovers as well as final invoicing;

You play a key advisory role with clients.
