About the job
The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernized through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
For our specialized palliative care department with around ten residents, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed person for the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden) immediately or by arrangement as
Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH Long-term and Palliative Care (m/f/d)
Palliative Care Department, 80 – 100% workload
This is how you support us:
- You take over the holistic care and support of our palliative residents within the framework of primary nursing
- You recognize changes early, initiate professionally sound measures, and act confidently in complex situations
- You competently perform medical-technical activities and ensure professional symptom control
- You accompany residents and relatives in challenging life phases – calmly, clearly, and attentively
- You take on daily responsibility and work interdisciplinarily with doctors, therapists, and other professionals
- You document in a structured and comprehensible manner
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification – you are professionally confident
- You have further training in the field of Palliative Care (B1 / B2) or are willing to complete this training
- You bring experience in caring for and nursing people with incurable diseases and complex care situations and know what palliative care means both professionally and humanly
- You approach people empathetically, respectfully, patiently, and with a reflective, appreciative attitude at eye level
- You work routinely with digital tools such as MS Office and Pflegedoc
- You express yourself confidently and understandably in German – both orally and in writing
