What you achieve
- You support our clients in their daily lives – especially in housekeeping and with simple caregiving tasks
- You communicate appreciatively and openly with clients and their relatives
- You accompany the structuring of the daily routine and promote independence
- You document your assignments and observations electronically on the business mobile phone
What you bring
- Experience or knowledge in the field of cleaning and housekeeping, ideally in the health or social sector
- Joy in dealing with people and a high degree of empathy
- Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Good German skills (spoken and written), understanding of Swiss German
- Driving license category B and a personal car
