- In the absence of the shop manager, you take over their leadership tasks as well as personnel deployment planning
You have experience in sales/retail and preferably have completed basic training (retail or other).
In addition, you enjoy dealing with customers and are characterized by pleasant manners and high resilience. Furthermore, you are proactive, a good team player, and understand how to respond to customer wishes. You have good spoken German skills and look forward to a varied and independent activity.
You are flexible regarding your work assignments, i.e., irregular working hours (early shifts from 5:00 a.m., late shifts until approx. 10:00 p.m., holidays as well as assignments mainly on weekends) are considered a welcome change. You are also not dependent on public transport, have a driver's license, and own a car (commuting, shifts). Ideally, you also live in the nearby area.
