These are your tasks

You monitor the treatment processes, ensure high-quality, economical, and appropriate patient care, and cooperate closely with other departments and specialist areas
You are responsible for training, continuing education, and further education within the specialty and promote the development of your team
You conduct clinical research and support innovations in all areas of gynecology
You ensure the economic achievement of the specialty's goals and actively participate in the strategic direction
You act both as a project leader and as a project team member in various initiatives and projects

This is what you bring

You have completed a medical degree and hold a specialist title in gynecology and obstetrics with a focus on operative gynecology and urogynaecology (habilitation desired)
You bring several years of experience in a leadership role within gynecology and possess comprehensive clinical knowledge in all procedures, especially in minimally invasive surgery
Strategic thinking and action are among your strengths, complemented by pronounced analytical and organizational skills. You enjoy designing processes and optimizing workflows efficiently
You have excellent communication skills as well as high social, leadership, and management competence
You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and are a resilient and flexible personality. As a team player and motivating leader, you work effectively with employees as well as with other departments and management
