Caliqua AG, based in Basel, is the leading provider in thermal plant construction in Switzerland. We create turnkey energy centers in biomass power plants and waste incineration plants as well as combined heat and power plants and district heating systems. Caliqua AG is located in Basel in a central location at the SBB train station and is a subsidiary of EQUANS Switzerland.

Your tasks
- You are responsible for key plants and systems from a technical perspective and contribute your expertise.
- You lead the technology from the concept phase to handover to our customers.
- You develop and implement technical concepts with a focus on customer benefit and economic efficiency.
- You maintain sustainable relationships with clients and partners.
- You work closely with project management, sales, design, and assembly.
- You accompany the commissioning and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Your profile
- Degree as an engineer FH/Uni (mechanical engineering, energy technology or comparable)
- Several years of experience in the technical management of complex projects
- Knowledge in thermal plant construction and ideally commissioning experience
- High initiative and desire for further development
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Resilience, willingness to travel, and sense of responsibility
- Good German skills, French and English skills are a plus
