For our vocational training with over 60 apprentices in 8 different professions, we are looking for a motivated, future-oriented personality for the üK-exempt training in our modern training workshop at the global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee as a Trainer Polymechanics / Production Mechanics 100% (m/f/d). As a committed ambassador of vocational training, you have the exciting task of not only implementing the FUTUREMEM reform but actively shaping the training with your innovative and practical approach. You will have the unique opportunity to efficiently and purposefully design the training of our polymechanics and production mechanics apprentices and optimally prepare the next generation of skilled workers for the challenges of the future. The role includes the following activities: You bear overall responsibility for the üK-exempt practical and theoretical training of the polymechanics and production mechanics apprentices (2 polymechanics apprentices and 2 production mechanics apprentices per year) during the first two years of apprenticeship in the training workshop as well as coordination and support in the 3rd and 4th year of apprenticeship. You develop creative, future-oriented training plans within the framework of legal requirements, conduct the necessary üK courses and teaching units, and accompany and guide the apprentices in practical training in the workshop. You recruit new apprentices and accompany, coach, and support them throughout the entire training period. You create meaningful rotation plans for practical training in close cooperation with the relevant departments, are the first point of contact for practical trainers, and ensure a smooth and well-organized training process. You are the contact person for parents, vocational schools, and authorities and act as a competent expert. You work together with the vocational training team on cross-professional projects and participate in activities and camps. You represent METTLER TOLEDO in examination committees and commissions.
