Tasks & Responsibilities
- Independent process and data analyses in accounting, collection and identification of optimization potentials, and formulation of improvement initiatives
- Establishment and maintenance of process and pain point management as well as a professional accounting backlog
- Data-based development, prioritization, and control of the implementation roadmap together with accounting management and the IT product owner
- Optimization and automation of accounting end-to-end processes, driving the digitization of financial processes
- Professional leadership and/or coordination in the implementation of projects, e.g., introduction of new accounting tools
- Development and implementation of performance management in accounting
- Building, leading, and maintaining the super user community in accounting
Profile & Requirements
- Must-have: Higher education in finance and accounting or (business) informatics with further training in accounting
- Must-have: Solid practical experience in accounting on SAP including customizing; very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office) and understanding of interfaces/architectures
- Must-have: Knowledge of IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, OR; basic knowledge of Swiss taxes (direct taxes, VAT); German and English C1
- Nice-to-have: GenAI application competence, experience in project management, ideally in digitization or software projects, experience in energy trading
- Personal: Strong communication and stakeholder skills, structured and solution-oriented working style, quick comprehension, high organizational talent
