Job description

We are looking for a Senior Unity / Unreal Engine Developer proficient in C# and/or WebGL to strengthen our teams in Geneva, Switzerland. You will work at the heart of multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and optimize real-time 3D applications for innovative clients.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

Develop new features and interactive modules on Unity (C# and/or WebGL).
Participate in the technical design and software architecture of solutions.
Maintain, optimize, and evolve existing functionalities.
Collaborate closely with the design, product, QA, and technical teams to ensure robust and high-performance deliverables.
Perform unit tests, integration, and performance tests.
Document developments and ensure clear code tracking.
Diagnose, fix, and anticipate bugs or technical incidents.
Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Stay up to date on Unity, C#, and WebGL developments to integrate the best technical solutions.

🎯 Your profile:

Higher education in computer science or software development.
Significant experience with Unity (C#) and/or WebGL.
Mastery of object-oriented programming principles.
Good knowledge of Unity workflows (scene management, assets, animations, UI, etc.).
Experience in Unity/WebGL performance optimization (profiling, rendering, memory).
Comfortable working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), clear communication, and collaborative spirit.
Autonomy, rigor, and ability to propose concrete solutions.
Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken).
