Multi-Project Manager / Client Representation
Do you have experience in managing renovation measures in residential construction? We offer an exciting and responsible position in the client representation of the Canton of Zurich. With us, you build the future – together with 160 committed colleagues. As a multi-project manager in Construction Area D of the Building Office, you are simultaneously responsible for around 20 renovation projects in the financial assets of the canton, from planning to completed construction.
With us, you are responsible for
leading several project teams with client representatives and external contractors. You advise the portfolio management of the real estate office, control the planning and construction processes, conduct tenders, are responsible for contract management, and keep costs, deadlines, and quality under control. Furthermore, you regularly report to a steering committee, are responsible for quality assurance, and prepare controlling reports for your area of responsibility to higher authorities.

that you communicate skillfully and on equal footing with different stakeholders. You are enthusiastic about realizing projects for the people in the Canton of Zurich. You have training as a construction manager, architectural draftsman, or as an architect/engineer (ETH or FH) and have extensive experience in implementation, are innovative, and always looking for the best solution.
