Dispatcher: Women's Clinic

About the job

We are looking for you starting February 1, 2025 as

• You schedule patient appointments for consultations, outpatient clinics, special consultations, consultations, and referrals – structured and proactively
• You welcome patients in the gynecological outpatient clinic and ensure a professional and warm first contact
• You take over the telephone service of the dispatch and are the first contact person for concerns regarding patient appointments
• You prepare the medical records and take care of their careful filing – so that everything is in the right place at the right time

• You have training as a medical practice assistant or a commercial basic education with medical further training
• You have good IT skills and ideally experience in gynecology as well as foreign languages
• You work in a structured way, think in networks, and keep an overview even with complex planning
• You communicate clearly and friendly – both at reception and on the phone – and reliably contribute your organizational talent to the team
