Plant Operator 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

About the Position

In this role, you operate and monitor our production equipment under demanding cleanroom conditions and ensure a smooth production process. You work according to clearly defined processes and contribute significantly to the efficiency, stability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing with your careful and quality-conscious way of working.

What You Can Achieve

• Independent operation, monitoring, and simple troubleshooting of production equipment

• Execution of production processes according to work instructions under cleanroom conditions

• Ensuring product quality through ongoing inspections and handling deviations

• Performing daily equipment checks and adhering to specified maintenance and inspection routines

• Recording and documenting production and process data

• Reviewing and evaluating measurement values for statistical process control (SPC)

• Ensuring productivity as well as compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements

• Adhering to safety, quality, and organizational regulations and actively contributing to a safe working environment

What You Bring

• Experience in a production environment and ideally a completed vocational training

• Several years of experience in equipment operation or industrial manufacturing is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of problem-solving methods and ideally experience with lean approaches

• Willingness to work under cleanroom conditions and in shift work

• Teamwork skills as well as a reliable, structured, and independent working style

• German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
