Property Manager (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about demanding property portfolios, enjoy organising independently, and take pleasure in professionally supporting tenants and owners? Then, as a Property Manager (m/f/d), you will actively shape the management of complex residential and commercial properties with us and directly influence the quality of our service as well as the satisfaction of our clients.

Due to a new mandate, we are expanding our team immediately and are looking for a person who takes responsibility, thinks ahead, and contributes to the development of our mandates with their service-oriented approach.

• Independent commercial and technical management of high-quality residential and commercial properties
• Monitoring developments in the rental market and tenancy law
• Active support of new and existing tenants as well as comprehensive lease management
• Effective vacancy management including follow-up lettings
• Negotiation and preparation of commercial and supplementary lease agreements
• Conducting property inspections and handovers as well as accompanying tenant fit-out projects
• Preparation and review of detailed heating and operating cost statements
• Development of solution-oriented proposals for clients
• Creation of meaningful reports
• Forecasting, budgeting, and planning with result responsibility
• Leadership and coordination of assigned clerks and caretakers or FM service providers

• Successful completion as a property manager with a federal professional certificate
• Experience in managing residential and commercial properties
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Good IT application skills (MS Office programmes, possibly GREM)
• Charismatic appearance and strong social skills
• Valid driving licence and own car required (free parking at the Root LU location)
