What you bring:
For this position, we are looking for an experienced personality with several years of professional experience in the business operations area. Ideally, you come from the telecommunications or IoT industry and/or have gained experience in a startup/scaleup. To take us to the next level, you bring solid experience in building, managing, and scaling operational structures. You have already professionalized existing organizational structures and processes and prepared them for new growth. You are familiar with operational systems such as CRM, ticketing, and billing tools and use data purposefully to control, question, and continuously improve processes. You think structurally, analytically, and holistically and combine this with a clear hands-on mentality. You communicate clearly, empathetically, and appropriately even on complex topics and move confidently at the interfaces between support, logistics, product, and partners. You take ownership and actively ensure that daily business runs efficiently and that management is operationally relieved. Fluent German skills are a must; additional language skills (English and French) are an advantage.

These tasks include, among others:

Overall responsibility for the operational business of Digital Republic
Analysis, standardization, and professionalization of all operational processes
Leadership and further development of customer support, logistics & other operational areas
- Introduction of standardized escalation and quality processes
- Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs and SLAs
- Automation and optimization of ticketing and call system in support
- Introduction of standardized processes for warehouse, shipping, and returns
Close cooperation with product management in establishing new processes and adapting the organization as part of business development
Ensuring regulatory and official requirements in daily business
