Work location: Fällanden | Start: from October 1, 2025, or by arrangement
Employment duration: Limited to 6 months with prospect of permanent employment
We are looking for reinforcement for our customer service team – a communicative, motivated personality with joy in beauty, consulting, and teamwork.
Your main tasks
- First point of contact for our customers by phone, email, and live chat (German, French & Italian)
- Processing orders, returns, and complaints
- Maintenance of the customer base and loyalty cards
- Support for branches and regional sales managers with customer inquiries
- 1st-level support for cash register system problems
What sets you apart
- Completed commercial training or experience in customer service
- Enjoyment of consulting, sales, and the beauty world
- Very good language skills in German & French, Italian is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and team-capable personality
