At the heart of a demanding industrial environment with high energy stakes, you ensure the operation, safety, and development of all electrical installations on site.
You lead a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the performance, reliability, and modernization of our equipment.
What awaits you:
- Assume full responsibility for the electrical installations of the production site
- Manage and optimize the fleet of electric motors, MCCs, MV and LV lines, as well as building installations
- Lead and develop a team of electricians, automation technicians, and instrument technicians
- Plan and organize activities according to operational priorities
- Actively participate in investment projects and modernization of installations
- Ensure the safety of people and installations (inspections according to OIBT and electrical safety concept)
- Propose and implement technical and organizational improvement actions
- Ensure the training follow-up of apprentices and develop the team's skills
- Participate in the on-call service according to the pre-established rotation
What you bring:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician with federal diploma or equivalent qualification
- Official installation authorization (IFCF)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance at a production center
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical standards and high-current installations
- Good mastery of electric motors and industrial equipment
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (ideally Simatic S7)
- Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, SAP or equivalent ERP)
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and solution orientation
- Analytical skills, rigor, and team spirit
- Strong commitment to health and safety at work
