Project Manager for International Tailor-Made Climate Protection Projects (gn) 80-100% at the Zurich, Berlin, Hamburg or Cologne location
Your Tasks:
- You lead international climate protection projects and are responsible for their implementation and certification from conception to successful realization.
- You collaborate with companies and international partners and translate strategic climate goals into effective projects along global value chains.
- You manage complex project structures across countries and cultural boundaries, keeping quality, impact, and schedules in view.
- You identify new project approaches in the international context and develop them further together with clients and partner organizations.
- You assess feasibility, make well-founded decisions, and lead projects with clarity and responsibility.
- You actively shape the further development of international climate protection projects and their long-term impact.
Your Profile:
- You have a master's degree or an equivalent qualification through education and professional experience.
- You bring 3-4 years of experience in international project management or a comparable role.
- You are familiar with the CO₂ market, certification of climate protection projects, sustainability topics, or complex value chains from practice.
- You think networked, work structured, and make decisions with a focus on impact and quality.
- You appear confident, communicate clearly, and move confidently in exchange with clients.
- You enjoy working independently and at the same time as part of a committed, international team.
- You speak German and English fluently; knowledge of French is an advantage.
