Your mission
- Strategically further develop logistics in terms of a long-term master plan – infrastructurally, technologically, and organizationally
- Expand and optimize software applications for the overall material flow
- Take responsibility for large projects from planning to stable operation
- Increase efficiency, quality, and throughput based on data
Your responsibility
- Data analysis & management: KPI-based control of logistics and data-driven decision-making foundations to improve performance and quality
- Strategic development: Long-term advancement of processes, systems, and infrastructure, prioritization of transformation initiatives, and implementation of innovations and automation
- Project management: Overall responsibility for central logistics projects – on time, within budget, and goal-oriented
- Team leadership & development: Leading an interdisciplinary team and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence
- Technology integration: Evaluation and sustainable integration of new technologies into the process and system landscape together with IT
- Risk management & compliance: Responsibility for risks, stability, and regulatory compliance
What you bring with you
- Completed studies (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification (University, ETH, FH; Bachelor or Master)
- Several years of management experience in logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce, or comparable industrial environment (>10 years) and leadership of larger teams
- Proven success in further developing complex systems and implementing large transformation projects
- Deep understanding of operational processes, modern logistics and warehouse technologies, as well as high IT affinity
- Analytical and strategic thinking, high data affinity, and experience in building KPI systems
- Strong implementation skills and confident handling of internal and external stakeholders
