LOEB AG is an independent Swiss retail company headquartered in a central location in Bern, with branches in Biel and Thun as well as the Concept Store MAGGS in Bern. To strengthen our sales team in the Mercerie area in Bern, we are looking for a knowledgeable, fashion-conscious, and competent personality from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Sales Advisor Mercerie 80% (m/f/d)

Would you like to continuously inspire our customers with your expertise, creativity, and sense of trends?

Your tasks:

• You warmly welcome our customers and actively approach them
• You inspire as a host and live this on the sales floor
• You ensure comprehensive and competent advice in the Mercerie area
• You create an attractive sales atmosphere and help generate new regular customers
• You operate the cash register professionally and assist in other departments as well
• You manage and present our Mercerie assortment
• You perform repairs (zippers, eyelets, snap fasteners, rivets, fabric buttons, etc.) and service work

Your profile:

• You have completed retail specialist training in Mercerie or training as a clothing designer/tailor or have several years of experience in this field
• You are a trend-/fashion-interested personality with a winning charisma, impeccable manners, and a neat appearance
• You enjoy selling and have a good sense for our customers
• You have a high level of commitment, are dedicated and motivated
• You have confident German language skills (any additional language is appreciated by our international clientele)
