Your tasks
- Management of 3 residential groups with a total of 15 clients
- Personnel management and development of 11 employees
- Active participation in the upcoming change process towards more self-organization
- Collaboration in the management team with responsibility for cross-house departments
- Participation in care (morning, evening, and weekend shifts)
- Support of self-determination and participation
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Leadership training or willingness to undertake it
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Open mindset, networked and constructive thinking and acting
- Committed, humorous, and resilient personality
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
